Protection of personal data
As part of the management of applications, the UTC is required to process personal data that concerns you. The execution of a public interest mission constitutes the legal basis of most of these processing operations.
The applicant acknowledges that his/her personal data may be provided by the EPOG+ Coordinator to the members of the examination committee and EPOG+ partners. Each EPOG+ Partner is responsible to ensure that the personal data of applicants and students are well‐protected. Each EPOG+ Partner and examination committee member ensures that applicant, student, and alumni data are used only for selection, administration and pedagogical purposes, for the activities and development of the "EPOG Students and Alumni Association" and for statistical purposes. Applicants and students’ data can also be used for academic research purposes.
Moreover, the EPOG+ programme may provide students and applicants’ data to the European Commission for the purpose of evaluating the Programme, the effective management of the EMJMD projects and the production of statistics. Data could be made available to the European Commission bodies (in particular the EACEA), as well as to other stakeholders of the EPOG+ Programme, such as the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association (EMA).
